I have paid and sent proof of payment, why does my order still state “Waiting for Payment”?

Answer:
Some payments can take up to 2 days to show in our account depending on what bank you are with. Cheques take 7 working days to clear so we would recommend EFT or Credit card Payments

I am trying to register but it says my username is already in use?

Answer:
Thousands of people register on 4Home.co.za, so it would be advised to have a unique username. For example "Johnny1985" (your name followed by your year of birth).

How much will it cost to ship a product?

Please follow the guide “How do I place an order / or get a quote” as each product has it own weight and will be provided to you during the checkout process, as the system automatically selects the price from the shipping tables.

Shipping prices will be automatically calculated once you add you items to your "Shopping Cart" before you confirm your order. (Make sure you have registered and logged in to see the shipping pricing.)

How long will it take for 4Home.co.za to ship your order?

Answer:
Dependent on where stock is located, some items can be shipped within 24 hours - 72 hours after payment has been confirmed,and only if you select the Courier option in the checkout.

If you Choose the Post Office then it will take from 24 hrs to 4 weeks depending on stock availability.
