We hold stock of many items displayed on 4Home.co.za, however, some items are drawn from our suppliers,

What does this mean?

This is an estimated time frame when stock is usually dispatched. (Excluding – Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)
In the event of a temporary out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled to cancel the order and be refunded (T&C Apply) or to maintain the sale subject to a later delivery date as may be agreed upon.

In a few case scenarios, suppliers suddenly depleted stock after we verified availability for a customer. A refund will be issued in this situation (T&C Apply).

We hold stock of most items displayed on our websites, however in some cases items are drawn from our suppliers,
stock can also run out with our suppliers and needs to be ordered from their international suppliers, so lead times can vary.

Orders Shipped

Dependent on where stock is located, some items are dispatched within 1 to 10 days after payment has been confirmed.
Please contact us if you have any special shipping requirements.
We, unfortunately, do not deliver by courier to plots, farms, small Holdings, mines, power stations, game reserves, lodges, airports or harbours, and should your delivery address fall into one of these areas you will be liable for the extra costs incurred in delivering or returning the parcel.
All shipping weights are calculated per the volumetric rate size. (L x W x H).

Goods are only couriered from Monday to Friday.

Insurance *

We want to remind you of the option to add insurance coverage to your delivery. As you may know, while we take every precaution to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may cause damage or delay to your shipment. To protect your purchase and give you peace of mind, we highly recommend adding insurance to your delivery.

International Shipping

Please note: We currently do not ship internationally, however, you can arrange for your couriers to collect. (Please contact our sales team)

Order Status

Pending - This is the initial status of the order you have placed. (Credit card payments that are approved will be automatically changed to "Payment Confirmed")

Waiting on payment - We will select this status if we are waiting on your payment, Status will only be changed to "Payment Confirmed" once we have verified payment in our account. Some payments can take up to 2 days to show in our account depending on what bank you are with.

Payment confirmed - What does this mean? We have received and verified your payment and will proceed to process your order.

Ordered - What does this mean? We are processing your order and we will notify you once the item is shipped or ready for collection. Some warehouses take longer to process orders, thus resulting in different lead times. Please note orders can take between 3-10 working days to be processed.

Ready for collection - Items ready for collection at our offices in Cape Town Goodwood. (Proof of order and copy of ID required!!)

Shipped - You will receive your tracking number via email and a link to track your parcel. Tracking becomes available after 24 hours upon receiving this email.
